You can cook this recipe by using the oven, rice cooker and pressure cooker. Preparation Method:
Meat | 500 gms cubes, |
Onions | 3 medium, finely sliced \300 gms |
Tomatoes | 1 medium, finely diced |
Garlic paste | 1tbsp |
Ginger paste | 1-2 tbsp |
Ghee/oil | 1 cup\175 gms |
Shan Meat Masala Mix | 2 tbsp |
Cooking Method:
1.Heat oil/ghee and add meat, garlic, ginger and Shan Meat Masala Mix, Stir fry for few minutes.
2. Add onions and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Then add tomatoes and 2 glasses of water.
3. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender. Then increase heat, stir and cook until the oil/ghee separates from the masala.
4. Keep frying for few minutes. Then add appropriate amount of water (about 1-1 ½ cups) for desired thickness of the gravy.
