Instant Idiyappam is rice noodles that are ready to be cooked.
Idiyappam can be served with veg kurma or mushroom korma or vegetable stew or kadala curry. For children, it can even be served with slightly thinned coconut milk sweetened with jaggery.
Preparation:
1. Boil water with a little salt.
2. Switch off the flame, immerse Instant Idiyappam in it.
3.Take out Idiyappam after 1 minute.
It can be served sweet (for exmaple with sugar and coconut) or as a main course.
