asafoetida.
The spice contains ingredients whole and in powder
Preparation instructions:
Boil 200 g of Arhar Dal in 800 ml. water for tender.
Fry 80g chopped onion on 40g cooking oil until golden brown.
Add 100g chopped tomatoes and 15g Arhar Dalmasal seasoning.
Stir for 4-5 minutes. until it becomes a paste.
Take one part of the cooked Dal and add to it.
Mix well. Then transfer it to the remaining cooked Dal.
Cook for five minutes.
