Lemon Vermicelli Anil
Vermicelli is a very thin noodles known in many cuisines (including Italian and Asian).
Lemon Vermicelli is a thin wheat noodles with the addition of various spices. You will quickly and easily prepare the South Indian Lemon Semiya (Lemon Vermicelli) dish. Lemon Semiya is one of the easiest, least time-consuming morning breakfasts.

Lemon mixture: Bengal Gram Dal, peanuts, coriander, salt, citric acid, black Gram Dal, turmeric, mustard, sesame oil, fenugreek, Hing.

Lemon Vermicelli Anil- 100g.
Water - 4 cups
Sesame oil - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp.
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp.
Urad dal - 1 tbsp.
Chana dal - 1 tbsp.
Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp.
Green chili - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp.
Curry leaves - 5-6
Hing– 1/4 tbsp.
Lemon masala - 3 tbsp.
Preparation:
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Boil 4 cups of water.
Add 1/4 tbsp. salt and a tablespoon of sesame oil.
When the water starts to boil, turn off the flame.
Add the pasta, close the lid and leave for 3 minutes.
Drain the pasta, pour cold water over it. Put aside.
In a hot pan, add 2 tbsp. coconut oil.
Add mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, hing, chilli and curry leaves.
Add turmeric and mix salt before adding sevai.
Reduce heat, add pasta and mix gently.
Turn off the fire and add lemon masala.
Garnish with cilantro.
Serve hot with chutney. You can decorate the dish with cashew nuts.
