Rajagaro flour (Amaranth flour) Heera
Amaranth is a gluten-free grain, also called rajgira/rajagaro in India, and the flour made with it has a slightly earthy, nutty flavor. Rajgira is a signature ingredient during fasting and Navratri in North India and parts of South India. You can prepare many Indian dishes, e.g. Rajgira Paratha, Amaranth Flour Halwa, Farali Dosa, Rajgira Puri, etc.
Amaranth flour mix very well with other flours. Recommended for cakes, cookies, sweet pancakes, pancakes, pasta and as a valuable addition to bread.
