Semolina coarse Heera
Sooji or rawa are Indian names for granulated wheat, also known as semolina.
You can prepare many Indian dishes, e.g. Suji Mango Cake, Sooji Uttapa, Idli, Sooji ka Halwa, Suji Dal Upma, Mathri, daal baati.
It is a flour made from grinding durum wheat grains after their cleaning, characterized by large granularity. After grinding, it is usually sieved. It is perfect for the production of pasta, baking cakes and bread, as well as puddings, puddings and thickening dishes. The highest quality pasta is made from semolina.
