Aachi Dhal Rice Powder, traditionally mixed with ghee or sesame oil, this powder is essential to South Indian delicacies like Idli, Dosa. Made with moong dal, urad dal, ghee, garlic, curry leaves, chilli, peppers, fried channa, and salt.

Preparation
Add 1 table spoon of Ghee /  oil of your choice with 200g of Pre-cooked rice. Add Aachi Dhal Rice Powder. Mix well till uniform blend. Aachi Dhal Rice is ready to serve.
