Ragi Dosa Mix Anil
Finger Millet (Ragi) Dosa Mix is a pancake mix for a healthy breakfast from South Indian cuisine. It can also be served at brunch or even at dinner.
Ragi is one of the most nutritious foods and easy to digest. It is rich in calcium. It helps in bone development and the prevention of bone diseases. It is a good choice for weight loss. It contains an amino acid called tryptophan that reduces appetite.
Ragi is also rich in antioxidants, a rich source of fiber and helps lower cholesterol. Consumption of ragi helps reduce the risk of diabetes.
Ingredients: Finger millet flour (65%), rice flour, urid flour, wheat flour, salt.
Preparation:
Mix 500 grams of dosa mix with 1 liter of water and add 1 spoon of oil and stir until the dosa batter level.
Add cumin as desired (there is already salt in the mix. Add salt if needed).
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
Heat the dosa pan.
When hot, pour a ladle of batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to make a thin dosa.
Grease them lightly with oil.
Now the healthy and tasty dosa is ready.
