Arbi roots are a rich source of fiber and other nutrients. Typically, the root has a brown, covered with hairs, skin, and in the middle is white. It is a vegetable with high starch content and greater than potato calories (100g = 112 Cal).
Arbis are free of gluten and are very nutritious. They have antioxidant properties (B-carotene) and vitamin-balanced proportions of minerals, especially B-complex, zinc, potassium, magnesium, iron and copper.
The fiber content in Arbi is 4.1 g per 100 g, which represents 11% of the daily requirement. Together with slow carbohydrates sofa, a reasonable amount of fiber allows for a gradual increase in blood sugar levels. Minerals are an important component of cell and fluid, and also affect the heart and blood pressure.
