Take a moment during a busy day to enjoy this soothing green tea. This delicate blend, made of delicate green leaves and buds, including Chun Mee, goes perfectly with salty snacks, dried fruit and nuts.

Preparation of tea:

Water

The quality of the water used affects the quality of the tea. Always use fresh water or filtered water.

Temperature

Fresh water should be heated to a boil using an electric water heater or an electric kettle.

Brewing

Use the infuser of your choice. Measure out 1 teaspoon of tea per person. For a stronger infusion, add an extra teaspoon to the dish.

When the water is at the right temperature, pour it over the tea leaves immediately. Keep the teapot covered to keep it warm. Measure the brewing time carefully and brew the tea for 4-6 minutes. After brewing, remove the tea immediately and stir gently.
