Mixture of spices for rice dishes

Composition:

Pod, Black Pepper, Cardamom Seeds, Red Chillies, Cloves, Cumin, Green Cardamom, Flower

Nutmeg.

Preparation instructions:
Soak 200 g of cleaned and washed rice for 30 minutes in water.
 
 
Fry one large, chopped red onion (90 g) and 2 cloves of garlic in 30 g of cooking oil.
 
Add 150g of pieces of meat and fry until brown.
 
 
In a separate pan Add5g Hyderabadi biryani masala & mix.Add the rice and stir for 2 minutes.
 
Add water (double the volume of soaked rice) and cook with
 
lid until the water evaporates.
 
Additional information on the amount of water on the rice package can be found in the cooking instructions.
 
The package contains 50g of the product.
