Shan Fried Fish Mix 50g
Ingredients:
Red Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, salt, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Cinnamon, Black Cumin, Carom, Clove, Turmeric, Brown Cardamom, Cumin, Black Pepper, Maltodextrin, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cane Sugar, Canola Oil, mango powder, wheat flour, Citric acid, Sodium Phospate, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking Agent).
Fish | 1–1½Kg sliced/whole |
Garlic Paste | 1½ tablespoons |
Ghee/Oil: | 3 cups/500g for frying |
Shan Fish Seasoning Mix | 1 Packet (use less for mild hot) |
1. Mix garlic and Shan Fish Seasoning Mix and apply on the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Then fry the fish in hot oil until light brown.
