Preparation method:
To prepare bulgur, you should pour it with lightly salted boiling water in a ratio of 1:2.5 (1 portion of bulgur to 2.5 portions of water) and cook it uncovered for about 3 hours. Then, remove it from the heat, cover, and allow it to swell. Bulgur can be used in various dishes as a healthy and nutritious alternative.
